I have bought 2 bikes from Tredz using their online service and both times I had a great experience. One of the bikes sadly had a slight and I mean slight scratch so I messaged Tredz and somebody dealt with me in a very timely manner. I have also made smaller purchases and found the deliver times etc to be more than adequate. I would definitely use their service again provided they have the bike I want at a competitive price.

I only post reviews if things are either exceptionally good, or particularly bad. And when the latter, I wont back stab, I'll raise the issue with the person/ company first to give them the opportunity to correct as to avoid the need to publicly broadcast with a bad review. Unfortunately this is the latter and it certainly warrants broadcasting. I ordered a 300mm long seat post to receive a 350mm long post. I advised Tredz and returned the item. Despite this not being my mistake, they would not send the correct item until the item was returned. The return item arrived with them a week later on a Tuesday (as noted on the tracker). I followed up on the Thursday to check they had received it and when the correct item was being sent. I was told they had not received the item and questioned if I had tracking. I sent the tracking details and, as if by magic, the item mysteriously appeared!!!! One week later I receive what was supposed to be the correct order (300mm), but another 350mm long seat post was received. More than likely the same one I sent back. I'm sure somebody there thinks this is funny and is hiding behind a keyboard due to it being an internet purchase, but I'll be returning the item in person for a refund. Avoid this shop. Untrustworthy and completely incompetent.

Awesome service, awesome staff, good communication with them by chat. Leaving in London, I couldn't fine any folding bike for go to work. It arrived today and I'm happy like a children in Xmas, really I recommend this store. Thank you so much.
